In my free time: I love music and have recently discovered my passion for vinyl records. My collection has been growing ever since (much to the chagrin of my wallet). Apart from that, you can regularly find me on the yoga mat or jumping fitness 🤸‍♀️
Fun fact: For me, the glass is always half full and I am an absolute cheerful person - I can dance into the day early in the morning in an exaggeratedly good mood 😉
Eager to travel: Absolutely - you rarely find me at home on my vacations. My biggest adventure so far was 3 weeks backpacking alone in Bali 🏝

Jannes Stahl

Recruiting Manager
My favorite project so far: I enjoy lectures/workshops at colleges and universities the most, as well as assessment center trainings, where you can give students really useful information for starting their careers.
My favorite team event so far: Our favorite thing to do is go out for dinner together. But the gold medal from the team's internal karting competition is at the top of my trophy cabinet and is therefore my highlight.
What I like most about in-tech: That I have a great team all over Germany where I can be myself and don't have to pretend.

Jennifer Weißflog

Recruiting Manager

Eager to travel?: Yes, especially in winter when heading south to shorten the cold season and catch some happy hormones.
My best candidate feedback: When a new employee said to me: "This is the best job ever! I'm sooooo glad you found me!"
In my free time: I play the piano, not particularly well and just for myself ;) It relaxes me and clears my head.

Katja Jakob

Recruiting Manager
Coffee or tea?: I always start my day with a cup of good green tea, but no tea bags.
In my free time: ...I entertain my little son, otherwise I like to go to Ashtanga yoga, jogging or skiing.

Laura Winter

Recruiting Manager
What I like most about in-tech: Clearly the personal and warm working atmosphere. From day one, you feel as if you've never been anywhere else. The warm welcome from everyone makes the start even easier! #loveyourteam
My insider tip for a perfect application: Show personality and pay attention to structure! Give your CV a personal touch and give us an initial insight into your professional career. By the way, cover letters are no longer so important - focus on a well-structured CV instead.
Fun fact: In the right place at the right time. Back then, I only got the job as a recruiter by mucking out horse droppings - a friend said she had an internship in recruiting for me while we were both standing in the dung heap. Since then, I can't imagine a better job. #loveyourjob

My favorite moment on the job: Knowing that the colleagues I brought on board myself are super happy with us.
My insider tip for applying: Be authentic! It's completely normal to be a little nervous before an interview. But you really don't need to be nervous with us.
What did I want to be when I was younger?: Astronaut, then teacher and now I'm a recuriter.

Nadin Steinkopf

Recruiting Manager
Favorite snack: My motto: a healthy start to the day + coffee! 🍏🍓🍍🍒☕ I always start my day with breakfast at the fruit basket, but throughout the day I can't do without a sweet (#kinderchocolate). I like it for dessert after lunch or as a little boost in the afternoon. "I'm not me when I'm hungry 😁😏🍫"
My favorite moment on the job: I never think in pigeonholes and am always open to the wishes and open answers of our applicants. But the best thing is when I accompany our applicants from the initial interview (sometimes our first contact is at the trade fair) to the day they start with us and then welcome them personally.
My insider tip for a perfect application: There is none! Just be yourself and let me know what you'd like to do and I'll make it happen.

Olga Pohle

My pets: Labrador Jaro is with me since 2022. He's already a real office dog and loves regular cuddles from his colleagues.

Sarah Lucke

Coffee or tea: Coffee... definitely 😊 Without a big cup of coffee in the morning, I find it difficult to get started 😊
Pets: Many animals have lived with me in the past. At the moment, however, only a small dachshund lives with me. But he makes at least as much noise as a whole pack.
